Terms & Conditions - Things to Bring

Rates shown are based on 2 persons. All parties must register with the office on arrival.
A deposit of 50% is required at time of booking reservation, balance due on check in.
Pay by Visa, Master Card, or Debit Card. A $50.00 sure charge for cleaning of any units
house keeping equipment ( i.e.. dishes, pots, pans etc. ) not left ( clean ) in the manner
they where on arrival at time of your departure will apply. This property is privately owned &
management reserves the right to refuse services to anyone & will not be held responsible
for weather conditions or any accidents or injury. Max occupancy in any cabin or main lodge
unit is 2 persons. SORRY NO PETS & NO SMOKING in any buildings.

BRING: Camera, Rain Wear, Bug Spray, Beach Towels, Sun Screen, Personal Care Items,
Clothing & Foot Wear for all weather conditions.
Check In Time; 2 PM - Check Out Time ; 11 AM
